Pasta, Sauces, & Bread and To-go orders


We would love to see you at our place, but we know that ever since the pandemic, dining choices for our customers has changed. We can accommodate to-go-orders for the majority of our menu (we know some items don’t travel well and we want you to enjoy only those items that will). That is why, we are only able to accommodate to-go orders via calling our Front of the House staff at 309-692-3343. We prefer this method because we want the personal touch with our customers and because we seasonal items and specials that our staff can share with you when you call. We are excited to serve you in our home or yours.


We have always had a focus on creating the best pasta for our guests. Originally, we started cutting pasta using a Chitarra, a frame wrapped in guitar strings. Over the past couple of years, we have expanded our collection of pasta from hand-cut to now include extruded and stuffed pasta. Fresh pasta orders are only available for pick up from Wednesday – Saturday and must be placed 48 hours in advance. We can accommodate wheat free pastas in limited shapes. Made using both hand cut techniques and our Archobaleno pasta extruder. All extruded pasta is made using two ingredients- Semolina + water: $12 per pound

Want to pair your homemade pasta with one of our house made sauces? Please specify if you want the sauce hot or refrigerated. The following sauces are available by the pint or quart:

Lasagna’s became a customer favorite during our forced pandemic shut down days. Our fresh 3-layered lasagnas (baked in our kitchen or yours) are perfect for family events and parties! Achieving our infamous Bolognese flavor profiles takes time, so we need a minimum of 48-hour call ahead for pick-up. Please specify if you plan to bake it at home or need us to bake it in ours:

  • Half-Pan: $55 (Feeds 6-8 people)
  • Full-Pan: $98 (Feeds 10-14 people)

If you have visited Fusion 45, then you have probably had the opportunity to try house-made bread. Serving fresh bread has been a constant since originally opening at our newest location. Now, we want our guests to have the opportunity to take home our bread!

  • Ciabatta - $5 per loaves
  • French Baguette - $3 per baguette
  • Focaccia - $10 for 2.5 pounds (48-hour notice required for Focaccia)
